Probus provides retirees with the opportunity to connect through regular meetings & activities, depending on their interests, lifestyle and location.
About Us
The Probus Club of Buderim Mountain meets monthly to enjoy the company of like-minded fellow retirees and listen to, & often learn from, interesting guest speakers.
The group, with a membership above 90, also has other activities each month, organised by members. These include a coffee morning, golf, walking locally, a games afternoon & often a social event such as going to the movies, enjoying a concert & visiting places of interest on the Sunshine Coast.
The Club meets at the Maroochy Surf Club on the second Monday of the month at 9.30am. Welcomers are always at the door to welcome members, their guests & visitors. A range of lucky door prizes are eagerly anticipated during the meeting! Guest speakers who come from a wide range of areas are often a source of inspiration, learning & enjoyment. Our own members are offered the opportunity to relate their own life stories, either directly or in the monthly newsletter.
